The third episode of the World Without Linux animated series, created by the talented Amelia Lorenz for The Linux Foundation, has been published online, and it is entitled "Can I Follow You?"

Trying to prove the world that we can't live without Linux, which is currently used on some of the most powerful computers, on buses, on your mobile phone, on the world wide web, as well as on any other device you might think of, The Linux Foundation ordered six episodes of the World Without Linux animated series.

Published in early October 2015, the first episode of World Without Linux teaches us that a world without Linux is a world without the Internet, where we would have to drive to the nearest public library to search for something that we're currently able to find with a single press of a button.

In the second installment of the animated series, we see Sam and Annie trying to find their way without GPS, using a paper map, which could mean that, without Linux, there would be far fewer options to choose from when buying a car with GPS, or a portable GPS device.

The final episode will feature Linus Torvalds

The entire series follows two characters, Sam and Annie, in their attempt to depict for us a world without Linux, which we have to admit is hard to imagine. At the end of the article, you can watch the third episode, which tries to show us how hard it is to have social connections is a universe without Linux.

There will be three more episodes of World Without Linux, but the last one will feature the creator of Linux himself, Linus Torvalds. Until then, stay tuned on our website to find out more about Linux, as well as any other Linux-related technologies.
